Booking Terms & Service Commitments
Our excursions are strictly limited to ensure personal attention and expert execution. Because we commit significant resources and calendar capacity to your reservation, our service commitments are defined below.
Reservation & Cancellation
We build every itinerary from the ground up. To protect the integrity of your planning phase, the following standards apply:
Private Day Excursions
30+ Days Before: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Within 30 Days: Non-refundable.
Private Backpacking Expeditions
60+ Days Before: Full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
31–59 Days Before: 50% refund of the total excursion cost.
Within 30 Days: Non-refundable.
Weather & Environmental Standards
Your safety is the foundation of our service. In the event of severe weather or trail closures (as determined by the Lead Guide), we will issue a trip credit for the full value of your excursion, valid for one calendar year. Please note that we are not responsible for independent travel expenses, such as lodging or airfare.
Travel Protection
Adventure requires a reliable safety net. Because wilderness travel carries inherent risks and logistical variables, we require all guests to protect their investment. To ensure you are fully covered against illness, injury, or travel disruption, we have vetted the industry’s most trusted protection providers:
